Thanks for that list, Rabbi M. What do you hold regarding soda - is there really any need for a special KP hechsher?
Also, you said (regarding shiurim of hand matza) to eat 1/3 except for hamotzi in which one should eat 1/2. How does that work out? If 1/3 is a kezayit, wouldn't 2/3 be needed for motzi matzah?
Most sodas - Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, 7up - are acceptable without a special KP. But I am not sure about specialty sodas like orange, root beer, etc.
The reason for the discrepancy in measurement is because, when one is already observing an added stringency (two kezeitim) there is less of a need to be stringent about the measurement of the individual kezayit itself.
This was actually corrected in a subsequent PDF from which the hardcopies we distributed in my synagogue were made, but apparently the link on the website was never updated.
Corrected a little late of course; I've been chometz-free since the 2nd, thank you very much! (I make joke...) A rather consequential taot sofer - not unlike no fish and cheese?...;-O

also note 16 needs to be fixed.
Thanks Pierre, you are right, it should read "Saturday, April 19th" - I am surprised nobody noticed that until now.
